Returns + Exchanges

I gladly accept refunds and exchanges.
Before any returns are made please contact me at orders@maiook.com.
 
1. RETURNS

My policy lasts 14 days after the receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of goods, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item please contact me beforehand at info@maiook.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable items. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Custom items.
- If the customer voluntarily waives the right to refund the item. This must be established before the order is placed.
 

2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied the original method of payment, within 30 days after notification of return. I may prolong this period until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.


3. LATE OR MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at info@maiook.com.
 

4. EXCHANGES

I will replace items if they are defective or damaged free of charge. You will need to provide proof of item being defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an e-mail at info@maiook.com and send your item to: Maiook, Maja Zurovac s.p., Triglavska ulica 17, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia, Europe.
 

5. SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. I recommend you send the returned items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
