Return Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve laid out everything you need to know about returns and refunds right here. Take a minute to read through the policy before you order. By making a purchase, you’re letting us know that you’ve read it, understand it, and are okay with the terms.

At Maiook, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to send it back. Our goal is to make sure you love both your experience and your items—and we’re here to help make the return process easy and hassle-free.

Refund Criteria

Your item needs to meet a few simple conditions to be eligible for a refund. It must be in its original, unused condition, so there are no signs of wear, washing, or damage. All the original tags should still be attached, and it should be sent back in the same packaging it came in.

Our commitment to these standards ensures that all our customers receive products of the highest quality. 

How to return your order:

1. Start your return process

Send us an email at: maja@maiook.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.

2. Pack the items

Carefully pack the items you’re returning. You can reuse the original packaging, but please remove or cover the original shipping label.

We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number—this is the only way to confirm your return was sent and to help us locate it if needed.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments or any returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.

When will I receive the refund?

Refunds for returned products will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card. The refund will be split accordingly for orders paid with both a gift card and a credit card or bank deposit. 

The refund will include the shipping fees you paid at the time of purchase. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once. Exchanging a product more than once is not possible. Instead, we’ll issue a refund, and you can place a new order. Please note that if your original purchase was made using a discount code or during a promotional campaign, we can’t apply the same discount again if it has since expired.

Exchanges are not available for customers outside the EU. However, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund.
