Delivery + Payment Options
Maiook products are shipped to addresses all over the world.
Currently all international orders are shipped DHL Express Shipping. All orders will be sent with a tracking code which you will receive in the shipping notice.
If you are at any point concerned about the delivery of your item, please do not hesitate to contact me at email@example.com.
For shipments outside of the EU: to comply with international laws and help minimize the possibility of problems as your package goes through customs, we include basic information about the products you ordered and the full value of your order (minus shipping cost) on the shipping label. This practice may also help expedite the customs process to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times:
USA: 1 - 3 days
CANADA: 1 - 5 days
EU: 1 - 2 days
AUSTRALIA: 3 - 5 days
Please note that sometimes shipping delays are unavoidable due to customs, weather, holiday season. Thank you for understanding.
IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TARIFFS:
Prices do not include customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs or other charges.
Each country has its own laws and regulations. We cannot predict or estimate customs charges, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. We have no control over or involvement in collecting these fees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Primary international shipping and handling costs are charged based on the weight of the package.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees, import taxes, duties, tariffs or other charges.
I accept the following payment methods:
PAYPAL is the safer, easier way to pay online without revealing your credit card number. You can also use a credit card through PayPal without signing up for an account.
When you make the purchase using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. Once you complete the transaction on the PayPal website, you will be redirected to a page showing your order number and list of items ordered.
You will then receive two emails: one from PayPal to confirm your payment, and one from maiook.com to confirm your order. If you are redirected to an error page and do not receive an online confirmation email from us, then it is likely that your order was not fully processed.
If you have any difficulties processing your payment, please contact PayPal. For more information about your order or order status, please contact me with your name, your account’s email address on maiook.com, your PayPal account’s email address, a list of the items you ordered, and any vouchers that you used.
CREDIT CARDS. I accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
I charge you for your order in Euro. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Your order will be processed once payment has been received. This usually takes an average of 3 business days although this may take as long as 10 business days. Customers are required to pay all banking costs related to their bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in refusal of payment and shipping delays.
