How to Shop
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
You do not need to register and create an account with me to complete your purchase. I do, however, recommend that you register, as creating an account ensures that all your billing and shipping information is saved which makes further purchases easier and faster. And also, by registering you have and online access to all your previous purchases in your account. Please note that if you decide not to register, you will still receive all your purchase information via email you provided during the checkout.
If you wish to create an account before the purchase, you can do so by selecting 'Account' button in the top right corner. Fill out the required information in the form and select 'Submit' button. You will receive an email with information on how to activate your account.
You can also create an account during the order procedure. This process is explained below (see 6).
HOW TO SHOP
1. Select item(s) you would like to purchase, choose a quantity and select 'Add To Cart' button.
2. A window 'Item was added to your cart' will open confirming that the item is now in your cart. If the window does not open, the item was most likely not added to your cart. You can also verify that by checking in the upper right corner of the site. If the item was added, there should be a number larger than zero (0) next to 'Checkout'. This window appears every time you add an item to your cart.
3. If you wish to continue shopping choose 'Continue Shopping' button or proceed to checkout by selecting the 'Cart/Checkout' button.
You can also access your Cart at any point by selecting the cart icon in the top menu bar.
4. In your cart, you can check the selected items. If you wish to remove an item select X button before the 'Total' for that item. If you wish to select a quantity of the ordered items, you can do so by simply changing the number in the quantity window and selecting 'Update'. Your cart will be updated.
5. You can continue to checkout with PayPal for fast checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal website. Or you can select the 'Checkout' button (you will still be able to select PayPal as preferred payment method afterwards).
6. Fill out the required fields in the Customer Information form.
If you wish to register and create an account with us, please check the box before 'Save my info for faster checkout' at the bottom of the form. After the completion of the purchase, you will be sent an email with information on how to create a password and activate your account.
7. Select 'Continue to Shipping Method'.
8. Please select the shipping method. You can choose Standard shipping or DHL Express.
9. Select 'Continue to payment method'. Here you can select the preferred payment method and billing address. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, please fill out the form.
You can subscribe to our newsletter by selecting the box before 'Subscribe to our newsletter'.
10. Select 'Continue to review' to review your order and information you provided. If you would like to change for example shipping address, simply select 'Edit shipping address' below your shipping address information. You can change all the information you provided.
11. To submit your order select 'Complete Order' button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your order was submitted successfully. If you chose 'PayPal' as your payment method you will be redirected to PayPal site.
All prices at the online store are given in euros and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
