Why Blog?

The idea behind starting this blog is to connect with you. I'd like to bridge the gap between me, the maker, and you, the customer. I want to bring you along on my journey and share the inspiration behind my work. I want to invite you to spend some time with me in my workroom and catch a glimpse of production, design process, learn more about the materials I use and how I run Maiook.

And I also want to inspire you. Inspire you to go outside and experience something new. I believe that adventures can be found everywhere and sometimes all we need is a little nudge to see them in our daily lives. We tend to get caught up in our daily routines and forget about those 'small' moments that bring excitement to our lives. I started this blog to share my adventures with you as well as share your adventures with others.
